FACILITY MANAGER
Spring Lake District Library is seeking a detail-oriented, self- motivated applicant for the position of Facility Manager. Under the supervision of the Library Director, the Facility Manager is responsible for cleaning, room set up, basic repair, and maintenance of the library, including grounds work and snow removal. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to safely perform physical labor. Cleaning experience is preferred. Attention to detail and pride in a job well done are vital to success.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position that requires weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends. Salary starts at $51,771, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
