Learn which methods of preserving work best for different fruits and vegetables with MSU Extension Food Safety Educator Jane Hart. The program takes place at the library on Monday, August 13 at 7pm. Please bring along your pressure canner lid with the gauge attached to get it tested (gauges should be tested once a year for accuracy).
