How can you improve your strength, flexibility, and focus on the golf course? Yoga! Peter “The Yoguy” Violino will teach you how on Wednesday, May 3 from 6:30-8pm. Mr. Violino will show participants various yoga exercises for golfers and explain how yoga can help strengthen golf-specific muscles, reduce the chance of injury, and help improve swing and balance.
