One of the first signs of Spring around the library is Teen Tech Week! From March 5-11, we’ll be celebrating teens and technology with some events just for them.

On Wednesday, March 8 from 3:30-5pm, we have a Super Smash Bros. tournament planned. We’ll set up the brackets and provide nunchucks, Wii remotes, and cookies. Players just have to bring their Smash Bros. skills.

Friday, March 9 is a half-day for Spring Lake Schools, and we’re hosting a Teen Movie Event at 2pm. Teens 13 and up are invited to a free showing of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children (Rated PG-13; 127 minutes. The movie is based on the best-selling book of the same name by Ransom Riggs.
