Sign language as an effective way of communicating with your infant or toddler has been a widely discussed topic recently. If you are curious about the benefits or where to get started, we have a class for you!
On Thursday, May 18 at 10:00am, kids ages 0-4 and their caregivers can sign up to come to the interactive workshop Baby & Toddler Sign Language with Sarah Feaster of Sing ‘n Sign Playtime. Teaching your child to sign can help reduce frustration – yours and your child’s – and open lines of communication between you. Parents, grandparents, caregivers and daycare providers will all take something away from this class!
While you’re at the library for Baby & Toddler Sign, be sure to sign your child up for 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten! It’s never too early to read with your baby.
