Trying to cope with the loss of a loved one is a difficult and overwhelming process. The resulting grief can affect you in unexpected ways. On Tuesday, May 17 at 6:30pm, Sue Glover, the Grief Support Services Manager of Hospice of Michigan will be at the library for a presentation about grief, the grieving process, and how grief changes over time.
She will also talk about questions like:
- What makes it difficult to grieve?
- How do I adjust to change?
- What is hope and how do I keep it alive?
If you’ve suffered a loss, come to learn more about grief, sadness, and hope.
